Join us at this Laughter Yoga session, which uses deliberate laughter, movement, and breathwork to trigger a cascade of feel-good hormones — dopamine, serotonin, endorphins — that lift your mood, ease pain, lower stress, and leave you feeling genuinely lighter.
No sense of humour required. No jokes. Just the radical act of laughing in a room full of people.

Chusan is a strong believer in human’s hidden potential, that even as ordinary people we can live extraordinary lives that are not bound by the expectations of others. Her curiosity for looking beyond the box has led to her being a practitioner of Sound Bath, Self-Empowerment, Mindfulness, Emotional Well-being, Laughter Yoga, and Forest Bathing, having conducted workshops and personal sessions in these modalities.
