      Antoinette Biehlmeier is a certified Focusing trainer with the International Focusing Institute, USA, and co-founder of the Empathic Listening Circle in Singapore.With over 24 years of experience, Antoinette has an established practice where she helps diverse clients integrate trauma, tap into their unique strengths, and live richer, more fulfilling lives. She skillfully guides people to develop self-compassion, reconnection with their feelings and needs, and clarity of purpose. Her trauma-informed, holistic approach integrates Inner Relationship Focusing, Regression Therapy, and other modalities to cater to the individual needs of her clients. Antoinette is deeply passionate about empathic listening, having witnessed how it transforms lives and relationships. "There is nothing more powerful than helping someone feel truly seen and heard," she shares, drawing from the profound experiences of participants in the Empathic Listening Circle.

      Jana  Dawson is a positive psychology  practitioner, an advocate of a strengths-based approach in guiding individuals, teams and organisations to develop positive behaviours that cultivate resilient and flourishing organisations. Jana earned her Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology at the Anglia Ruskin University (UK) with a focus on Positive Organisational Behaviour, specifically Psychological Capital (Hope, Efficacy, Resilience, Optimism). She holds a postgraduate diploma in Positive Organisational Psychology and Leadership by The School of Positive Psychology in Singapore, where she is currently the director of academic and training development. Facilitating wellbeing through better awareness, relationships, engagement and meaning is her passion. Jana’s extensive travel, including having lived in multiple countries, facilitated in the development of her cultural sensitivity, resilience and empathy – psychological capacities that support her passion and work.

      Joanne Teh is one of the first seven Master Certified Coaches (MCC) in Singapore, with over 3,500 coaching hours and a proven track record of driving impactful change in performance, leadership, and life. With 20 years of corporate experience across the public and private sectors, as well as startups, Joanne excels in creating impactful, interactive workshops that engage both large and small groups. She has worked with a diverse range of senior business leaders and C-suite executives globally, helping them achieve clarity, purpose, and alignment, as well as coaching clients from youths to middle managers and retirees, guiding them through significant life transitions. Joanne is also an ICF mentor coach and has trained numerous coaches. Her approach is rooted in equal partnership, focusing on deep self-awareness, mindset shifts, and sustainable outcomes to help individuals discover their purpose and bring their best selves to work and life.

      Suman Balani is  an Executive Coach with over 25 years of leadership experience in Payments, Technology and Healthcare services with a strong track record in corporate strategy, business transformation, strategic marketing, product development and technology innovation. Leveraging on her extensive corporate experience, Suman brings the benefits of coaching to organizations by helping leaders build capacity for sustainable performance with emotional intelligence. Suman works with senior business leaders of Fortune 500 and other private sector organizations, Asian family businesses, the Singapore Public and Not-for-Profit sectors delivering leadership and executive coaching programs for the last 14 years. As an ICF Mentor coach, Suman supports coaches towards mastery in for their credentialling journeys. Suman holds an Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change from INSEAD Business School. She is a ICF Professional Certified Coach, an Accredited Boss Whisperer, a Gestalt Coach, a Mindfulness Practitioner, a Conversational Intelligence Practitioner, a Points-of-You Expert and a Certified Team Coach.

      CHAN Hock Lye is a future-focused leader with over 30 years of experience leading high-performance teams across diverse industries and regions. He has founded multiple ventures, including an HRTech company offering resilience-building solutions through online learning and coaching, an innovative minerals trading platform, and a religious learning space for young children.  Holding a Master of Education, Hock Lye is deeply interested in leveraging technology for learning, mentoring, and youth development. He is passionate about fostering supportive communities and empowering young people on their personal and professional journeys. His approach emphasizes purpose-driven living, resilience, and the integration of technology to create impactful learning experiences.

      Laletha Nithyanandan  is the Managing Director, Behavioural Consulting Group; Program Co-lead and Advisor, Asia Institute of Mentoring (AIM) and    Executive Director, BOP hub. She has more than 30 years in talent solutions and HR consulting in Asia as a senior leader with Kelly Services, Kelly Outsourcing and Consulting Services in the Asia Pacific region and as the founder of Business Trends. Laletha also holds an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) from the Institute of Adult Learning, is trained in Behavioural Science. and also a trained NLP master practitioner.

      Pamela See is an Educational and Developmental Psychologist with extensive experience working with children with autism and other learning difficulties in Australia and Singapore. She is trained in designing behavioural programs in all areas of development, education and behaviour. In addition she is certified to administer a wide range of psychometric assessments for children such as Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Autism Diagnostic Interview (ADI-R), Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals, Stanford Binet, WISC and various other abilities tests. She regularly conducts workshops for both parents and teachers on topics such as challenging behaviours and managing students with learning and developmental difficulties.

      Dr. Vaani Gunaseelan   holds a Doctoral degree (PhD) in Psychology (Clinical) from Australia and a Registered Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA. Dr. Vaani has provided psychological services within private clinics and various community mental health settings in Singapore and Australia. She has experience providing correctional rehabilitation, including alcohol and drug counselling in a prison setting. Dr. Vaani has conducted mental health talks and promoting staff development through training and mentoring correctional officers in a prison setting. At Think Dr. Vaani works with adolescents, adults and couples with a wide range of issues, including the psychological aspects of personality, depression, anxiety/stress, grief and bereavement, difficulties related to self-esteem, interpersonal and clinical issues. She adopts a collaborative, strengths-based and person-centered approach to psychotherapy to empower individuals to live a meaningful and valued life in spite of challenges.

      Nicole Glisson is a positive psychology practitioner and a transformational coach. She works with professional women to help them bust through self doubt build emotional fitness and create powerful self-belief. Nicole is also the founder and director of School of AWE: a transformational coaching experience helping women to connect with Abundance, Wellbeing and Empowerment.

      Nicole believes in a wholistic approach to coaching, exploring the Mind, Body, Heart and Connection as the pillars of the signature program at School of AWE, and is most inspired by individuals who take responsibility for their choices; live with courage and vulnerability; and lead with curiosity. Leading group wellbeing and mindset sessions and CURIOSITY, CREATIVITY and LOVE OF LEARNING are her biggest delights.

      Dr. Titus Foo Koong Hean holds a Doctor of Philosophy & Master of Arts in Psychology, Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Brandon University. He has spent many years in the area of psychological studies and teaching. He lectures with The School of Positive Psychology and James Cook University Singapore. Since the start of Positive Psychology Center, he has actively promoted the movement and education of positive psychology in many aspects of life. Dr. Foo was often nominated as a keynote speaker in several positive psychology-related conferences such as Happiness and Its Causes 2009 and Positive Psychology Forum 2010. In addition to his academic work, Titus is an experienced CBT psychotherapist and a facilitator of personal development programmes.
