"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever." - MAHATMA GANDHI

Years back, after spending five years in my job, this quote changed my life and helped me turn around my stalled career growth. Although working hard and doing my work with complete honesty, something was amiss. Peers were climbing ladders while juniors looked more talented. Day in, Day out, it seems things are not moving and life is stuck at the same place.

After reading this quote by Mahatma, I found the missing piece in my life puzzle. Always confused about what will happen in future, should I develop this skill or learn that tech; I now started taking one day at a time. Instead of thinking what and what not to learn, I started reading and learning whichever book or knowledge source I found. My confidence was back, my career accelerated, and life slowly felt much more enjoyable to live. To all fresh graduates and students, never let the feeling of missing out take you over. Just read, learn and wait for your moment to arrive. If you follow your heart honestly, for sure, your time to shine will come.
