Synopsis
Stress isn’t just a feeling — it disrupts your heart’s rhythm, sending chaotic signals to the brain that keep your body in a constant state of alert. HeartMath’s techniques empower you to shift these patterns intentionally, creating a state known as coherence — a harmonious alignment between heart, mind, and emotions.
In just 75 minutes, you’ll learn the science behind this connection and practice simple, proven methods to help your body respond to stress with greater clarity, calm, and resilience — both immediately and long-term.
