10:00 AM - Welcome & OTR Intro

with MC & Yen-Lu Chow

10:30 AM - Integral Mindful Tai-chi

Yen-Lu Chow is an award-winning entrepreneur, technologist, venture catalyst & angel investor, mentor & advisor turned author & keynote speaker, mental wellbeing champion, social innovator, philanthropist & humanist, student of spirituality & seeker of Truth.

A former Apple Distinguished Technologist, he is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of WholeTree Limited and its mental wellness initiative Over-The-Rainbow (OTR), Founding Executive Chairman of Asia Institute of Mentoring (AIM), Founding Partner Fatfish MediaLab, Founding Executive Mentor of Young Sustainable Impact Southeast Asia (YSI SEA), and founder of the Deep Human Movement.

He sits at the nexus of three major social ecosystems: mental health, mentoring and sustainability, bringing extensive experience in tech and entrepreneurship to build ecosystems and mobilize communities to create positive social change. In a fast-paced world where the only constant is change, he believes there is an urgent need for each of us to draw on our strengths and creative potential as human beings to contribute towards humanity in a positive and impactful way. He enjoys building ecosystems and mobilizing the community to create positive social change. With the launch of his family foundation and other social impact initiatives, Yen-Lu devotes his time serving both society and the nation in his various capacities.

And with Deep Human, he wants to make ancient wisdom available and accessible to modern life - a way of being that connects us back to the Source and brings us closer to the Humanity that we aspire (and need) to be - to a time and place where our planet was not merely seen as free resources to be exploited for selfish gains and endless human greed, without consideration for the greater good – where conscious consumption replaces hyper consumption – where collective consciousness replaces individual thinking – where we live as one, in harmony and in unity with our environment, our planet and with one another.

He is on a life mission to help bring about a kinder, gentler, more inclusive, more just, and sustainable world.

Tai-chi is an ancient Chinese practice comprising a series of gentle flowing movements proven to promote calmness and reduce anxiety. Some people call it "meditation in motion". Integral Mindful Tai-Chi is a practice that takes this meditation in motion a step further by combining the gentle flowing movements with a focus on the internal flow of energy or chi that promotes moment-by-moment awareness of our body's energetic state, improves the body's energy flow, align this flow with the evolutionary flow of life force (Universal Qi) to create a more dynamic mind and body energetic system, enhancing overall vitality while advancing longer term health and wellbeing.

11:30 AM - The Genetics of Wellbeing

Cedric Lee has more than 20 years in the healthcare industry, ranging from pharma to medical devices and healthtech. As the CEO of ConnectingDNA, he embarked on his mission to help people (and businesses) unlock their potential through DNA insights because he previously suffered from a severe eczema condition that is only resolved after he did a DNA test and found out how his body works differently from everyone else. With this knowledge, he aims to share the concept on the "Genetic Multiplier" that our genes aren't set in stone, but can be controlled through smarter decisions in life.

Explore the fascinating world of genetics and how it shapes who you are. Discover how your genes influence your personality, from outgoing and sociable to introspective and analytical. Learn how your DNA blueprint can impact your nutritional needs and identify potential health risks you might be predisposed to. In this webinar, we will even explore the surprising link between genes and mental well-being, and introduce the concept of the "genetic multiplier" - understanding how your genes interact with your environment to influence your health. We all have the potential for greater well-being through our DNA. Let's unlock it together!

12:30 PM - Lunch Break

1:30 PM - Music in Motion

Sek Sheng, also known by his artist name ‘Dr Foo’, is a conscious musician/ DJ & sound meditation facilitator who prescribes music for healing and integration of deeper aspects of the self. Starting as an underground club DJ in Melbourne to immersing in yogic journeys in India & Bali, and then realising (and learning) the power of sound for therapy, he brings over 10 years of deep sonic tapestry. He believes that sound is a universal language that can re-awaken our innate connection with all, and serve as a fun yet sacred medium for healing and understanding. His sound journeys weave therapeutic instruments with hypnotic electronic & ethnic music across cultures, and emphasise the importance of owning our darkness before true healing and expansion can occur.

Julia Vasko is a trauma-informed somatic touch practitioner, embodiment facilitator, art curator and creative guide. Her work intersects in the creation of safe spaces for expression and connection: where stories are told, where emotions are felt, and where transformation and healing happen.

  • Understand what a DJ does to harness music for control of energy

  • The healing properties of music (sound healing)

  • Coupled with Movement, music draws out our inner worlds more and embodiment is a form of healing

  • Understand the fundamentals behind an experiential movement and how it works

2:30 PM - Art Jam

A certified Yoga teacher and an avid artist, she regularly incorporates art into her therapy work. Her art journey began in 2000 after moving to Singapore from the US in 1996. Living in Singapore exposes her to the vibrant colors of its landscape and a rich multi-cultural heritage, reminding her of her roots and her dreams, while awakening in her a sense of creativity and passion in the pursuit of her painting. Her art works reveal a quality of free spirit, energy, and harmony. After her first solo exhibition in 2014, Yee Ling has participated in a number of other exhibitions. She continues to explore and delight in her art adventure to this day.

Every one wants to be happy, to love, to be loved, to connect, to create. And when we create something with our heart that reflects our inner yearnings - our soul finds creative fulfilment. Creativity expressed via an open canvas via artistic expressions in a safe space together opens the door to our heart and mind - helps connect to ourselves and to others - using colours and shape - shaped by our hope and our dreams - fueled by the imagination.

3:45 PM - Sound Healing for Relaxation and Wellbeing

Yinuo enjoys sharing her findings and experiences with all her students and clients, and loves to inspire them to realize their full potential. She incorporates all different healing modalities into her work and has created a very unique transformative method.

To Yinuo, Yoga is a lifelong practice.

Sound is our Universal Language, predating the invention of language itself. It is also the oldest forms of healing, dating back thousands of years since the dawn of human civilisation.

Modern science has confirmed what ancient wisdom traditions have known for millenniums, that sound has the power to heal, and to transform.

Sound therapy comes in the form of pure tones or as music, and can positively affect a large array of physiological and psychological states: lowering blood pressure, slowing heartbeat and breath rate, reducing stress hormones, boosting immune response, slowing brainwaves for enhanced creativity and relaxation, increasing endorphin production, relieving pain both acute and chronic.

The natural harmonics of sound and vibrations received by our body tissues travel as energy through our nervous system and penetrate our cellular membranes. It triggers shifts, clears blockages, disrupts cellular dis-eases, leading to an internal process that rebalances and re-harmonises our physical, mental, emotional processes, restoring a sense of calm while reducing stress, anxiety, tenseness, etc.

While mindfulness practices work at the level of the mind, sound works directly at the physiological level. They are synergistic and complementary – the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.

A Sound Bath session can balance your physical, emotional and mental systems, to restore a of harmony, deepen relaxation, lower stress and anxiety, improve your mood and well-being.
