Synopsis
Sound is our universal language — it connects us beyond words, reaching back to a time before language even existed. For thousands of years, humans have turned to sound as one of the oldest forms of healing, and today, modern science continues to affirm what ancient wisdom has always known: sound has the power to soothe, restore, and transform.
In this Sound Bath workshop, participants will learn about the science of frequency and how through pure tones and music, sound therapy can improve our wellbeing.
