The Art and Science of Happiness—A fireside chat with Yen-Lu Chow @ Singapore Poly
In this fireside chat, Yen-Lu explores one of life’s most profound questions: What does it truly mean to be happy?
Happiness is something we all seek—without exception. It’s not just a fleeting emotion, but a powerful force that drives wellbeing and a meaningful life.
Drawing from his personal journey, insights from positive psychology, and the science of wellbeing, Yen-Lu will reflect on the deeper truths behind happiness—and invite us to consider: What can each of us do to cultivate lasting happiness in our own lives?
